We offer health insurance and a 401k plan with a company match to our employees. We are currently seeking an RF (Radio Frequency) Engineer to join our team. The job responsibilities include wireless communication systems design (Cellular, PCS, Wireless LAN) and hands on system testing using spectrum analyzers and RF scanners. Some software development tasks may also be assigned. You will be involved in the following:* In-building communication system design and optimization.* Wireless LAN systems design and testing.* New base station design, frequency planning and system performance optimization.* Evaluation and optimization of RF propagation prediction and data collection tools.* The development of presentation material using propagation and mapping tools.* Software Development.* Some travel will be required.Requirements:* Completion of a Bachelor of Science program in Electrical Engineering or Computer Science Engineering is preferred.* Strong computer skills* Good oral and written communications skills* Ability to learn quickly and understand technical materials* Experience or familiarity with radio frequency devices and/or systems is highly desirable* Programming skills (MFC and Microsoft Visual StudioNET) desired
